About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate reception operations of concentrates and verify processes
- Assign daily tasks to shift collaborators and report to supervisor
- Ensure sampling reliability and product representativeness
- Report inspection incidents and SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) events
- Implement continuous improvement measures for service quality
- Manage inventory of operational resources and materials
- Review preliminary risk analysis and conduct safety briefings
- Assume Operations Supervisor responsibilities in their absence
Requirements
- Legal requirements for Supervisor according to mining law
- Degree or Bachelor in Mining Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mining or occupational health and safety
