Supervisor de Folletos

Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing and CRM assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
• Organize and monitor workflows for digital asset generation, including photography, logos, and master arts.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of printed materials (weekly, bi-weekly, and seasonal) to drive store traffic.
• Manage the printed materials budget and oversee vendor relationships for printing and photography.
• Coordinate photographic shoots for seasonal collections and product assets.
• Perform administrative tasks in SAP, including managing purchase orders, quotes, and invoice validations.
• Ensure effective communication between internal departments and external providers to maintain production timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative sciences (Licenciatura en Económico Administrativa).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in print and digital media.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of advertising and communication principles.
• Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Project) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using SAP for administrative and financial management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of production processes for printed media, audiovisuals, and in-store signage.
• Experience managing large-scale budgets.
• Negotiation skills for vendor management.
