Responsibilities

• Ensure the development, order, cleanliness, and care of the general environment within assigned housing projects.
• Lead and manage a compliance team, overseeing activity programming and accountability.
• Manage resources effectively, following administrative processes for change orders and adhering to assigned budgets.
• Foster a stable and effective work environment through clear communication and achievable goals.
• Implement team development programs to promote personal and professional growth for all collaborators.
• Coordinate with different departments to maintain effective communication and operational synergy.

Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy or Architecture.
• Extensive experience in administrative processes and results management.
• Proven experience in team development and leadership programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage professional relationships effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and maintain consistency in achieving objectives.
