Supervisor de Distribución

Responsibilities

• Supervise hospital distribution processes to ensure product quality, safety, and timely delivery to public and private hospitals and distributors.
• Verify that special labeling orders meet specific customer requirements.
• Manage inventory control, reliability, and daily picking reports.
• Oversee personnel through training plans, development programs, and performance feedback.
• Manage transportation providers, including sourcing, training, and monitoring delivery performance.
• Monitor loading appointments, delivery dates, and the return of products to facilities.
• Ensure compliance with local sanitary regulations (COFEPRIS), international standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485), and corporate requirements.
• Monitor operational spending and ensure performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
• Maintain operational documentation and participate in internal and external audits.
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and the validated state of equipment and transport.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in storage, distribution, or manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of COFEPRIS sanitary regulations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Proficiency in trend analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., JDE).
