About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise field collection teams to achieve recovery objectives
- Ensure teams meet home visit quotas and productivity goals aligned with recovery policies
- Negotiate payment alternatives with clients to secure solid agreements
- Direct and ensure the correct execution of collection routes to optimize resources
- Build and manage optimal work teams through attraction and selection processes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in collections, portfolio management, and field work
- Experience in team leadership (desirable)
- Completed or partial university degree
- Own vehicle or motorcycle in good condition
- Availability of time and knowledge of the Córdoba/Orizaba geographic area
