Supervisor de Casos Clínicos CETIA

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide specialized clinical follow-up for high-risk cases managed by postgraduate students during evening shifts.
• Ensure correct evaluation, intervention, containment, and monitoring of patients with psychological, emotional, or behavioral risks.
• Provide timely clinical supervision to residents requiring close monitoring or specialized intervention.
• Train and coach students in crisis intervention protocols, suicide prevention, and psychological emergency management.
• Train residents in applying protocols for handling situations involving violence, gender-based violence, and abuse.
• Guarantee accurate clinical documentation and compliance with ethical and technical guidelines in high-risk cases.
• Facilitate clinical articulation between different therapeutic approaches (CBT, Psychoanalysis, and Brief Systemic Therapy).
• Coordinate patient referrals and connections to external institutions when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
• Master's degree or Specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Approach.
• Proven experience in Psychological Emergencies.
• Proven experience in Crisis Intervention.
• Proven experience in Trauma management.
