Supervisor - DC Operations - Evening Shift

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise hourly warehouse associates during evening shifts to ensure operational goals are met.
• Manage warehouse activities including order planning, fulfillment, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper condition.
• Assist the Operations Manager in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives.
• Monitor customer service KPIs, including order fill rates and inventory accuracy.
• Coach, train, and mentor direct reports to support personal growth and career development.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories while maintaining updated standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement and safety enhancements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a lead or supervisor role, preferably in fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand or walk continuously for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in a retail distribution center or Third Party Logistics (3PL) environment.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), or Labor Management Systems (LMS).
