Supervisor Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of data analysts, managing workloads and career growth.
• Manage end-to-end BI projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and post-launch optimization.
• Own the BI architecture and semantic layer design, ensuring robust data flow from Snowflake to Power BI.
• Build and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards using complex DAX and optimized data models.
• Define and manage data governance, access control, and visibility rules to ensure data security.
• Coordinate Voice of Customer (VoC) activities, overseeing survey design and analysis via Qualtrics.
• Support AI/ML initiatives by ensuring data readiness and pipeline integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related).
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, BI development, or analytics roles.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating a team.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including complex data modeling and DAX.
• Solid SQL skills with experience in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Experience designing and managing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and tools.
• Experience working within a global, matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics, customer segmentation, or pricing analysis.
