Supervisor Customer Data Management

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of up to 12 contract clerks to ensure data entry consistency and service excellence
• Manage team training, development, and individual performance reviews
• Monitor, track, and report productivity metrics to align with departmental goals
• Oversee contract status and pricing updates to ensure accuracy
• Implement mass data updates and adjust customer billing setups for activations or changes
• Ensure compliance with all applicable SOX controls related to customer data management
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss performance, new policies, and procedures
• Plan, assign, and direct the daily work of subordinates

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret complex documents such as contracts and pricing
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3 years of experience working in a data entry environment
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory position
