About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of social investment initiatives in Mexico, including signature programs, cause-marketing campaigns, and volunteering activities.
- Adapt regional CSR strategies to meet local needs and business priorities while ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage relationships with non-profits, community partners, and key stakeholders to drive social impact.
- Partner with Corporate Communications and agencies to amplify CSR initiatives through strategic storytelling and media opportunities.
- Oversee the development and localization of communication materials, including press releases and executive updates.
- Coordinate local CSR events, managing logistics, vendors, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and administrative processes related to social investments and partnerships.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to regional reporting and impact assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Sustainability, Political Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Communications, Marketing, or Sustainability.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, regional matrix environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate studies in CSR, Sustainability, or Communications.
- Experience working within the media, entertainment, or consumer brands industry.
- Background in purpose-driven marketing, event production, or strategic communications.
- Knowledge of content production, reporting tools, or design platforms.
