Supervisor, Credit Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of associates processing credit applications
• Serve as direct manager handling scheduling, performance reviews, and feedback
• Analyze statistical performance and track team metrics
• Drive dealer satisfaction and ensure workflow efficiency
• Source, hire, and onboard new talent
• Identify opportunities to improve credit policy alignment with business strategy
• Assist team with underwriting insights and loan application escalations
• Maintain strong dealer relationships and gather feedback
• Monitor Quality Assurance audits and conduct coaching sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in Loan Underwriting or Loan Processing
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience
• Experience building and growing a team
• Proficiency in analyzing data and extracting insights
• Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, including until 9pm CST
• Ability to travel for overnight trips

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Powersports or automotive dealership experience
