Supervisor Comercio Exterior

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all import and export operations.
• Supervise compliance with certifications including IMMEX, OEA, C-TPAT, PROSEC, IVA, and IEPS.
• Administer and validate Anexo 24 and Anexo 30, including inventory reconciliations and discharges.
• Guarantee the correct and timely execution of customs operations.
• Monitor the performance and legal application of the Customs Agent.
• Manage regime changes in accordance with certification timelines.
• Generate and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the department.
• Coordinate foreign trade activities across assigned locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience with foreign trade programs and certifications (IMMEX, OEA, C-TPAT, PROSEC).
• In-depth knowledge and management of Anexo 24 and Anexo 30.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• English language proficiency.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and focus on continuous improvement.
