About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized service to commercial clients, including workshops, auto centers, and mechanics
- Establish strong client relationships and ensure timely product delivery
- Prospect new commercial clients and build loyalty with existing ones
- Monitor client purchase and payment flows to maintain healthy business relationships
- Assist in the development and training of new team members
- Manage appropriate stock control, promote sales, and maintain store appearance
- Ensure all sales documentation, pricing processes, and physical inventories are accurate
- Support team members with less technical knowledge to ensure correct sales execution
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service within the automotive segment (workshops, auto centers, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to meet sales targets
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
