Supervisor Collections

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Collections Call Center to meet departmental goals and budget objectives.
• Provide escalation-level support and resolve complex inquiries through effective diagnosis and research.
• Monitor calls and provide ongoing coaching to improve team quality, compliance, and productivity.
• Ensure all accounts are handled in strict accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
• Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and results.
• Manage team activities and provide technical assistance regarding applications and IT hardware/software.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or a customer service environment.
• Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a first or third-party collections environment.
• Associate degree.
• Working knowledge of collections laws, regulations, and Quality Assurance processes.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and call monitoring tools.
