Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support full business operations
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations to enhance store performance
• Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold the team accountable to business goals
• Mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing in a competitive retail environment at a Lead Supervisor level
• Strong business acumen and ability to execute strategies to achieve KPIs
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry product, cartons, or fixtures weighing between 25 and 50 pounds
• Proven leadership presence and ability to build effective, inclusive teams
