Supervisor, Claims Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to team members to ensure quality and productivity targets are met or exceeded
• Supervise departmental performance and monitor/evaluate systems and processes
• Resolve issues and inquiries from plan sponsors, partners, and clients in collaboration with the Management Team
• Identify and support projects focused on productivity enhancements and process improvements
• Manage resources and capacity, including day-to-day tasks to support internal and external requirements
• Support the implementation of new services through system and process changes
• Serve as an active member of the Leadership Team

Requirements

• University or College Degree
• 3+ years of management, supervisory, or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel analytics
• Experience with performance management and Power BI dashboards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage deeply with detailed tasks when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
