Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising efforts, including mannequin styling, window displays, and promotional setups
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team to deliver an exemplary customer journey
• Support the management team in overseeing personnel, product functions, and business processes
• Perform manager-on-duty functions, including store opening and closing procedures
• Ensure high standards of customer service and build a repeat customer base through unparalleled service
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to all staff members
• Maintain store standards and execute visual merchandising directives for both the sales floor and back room

Requirements

• Previous track record in a supervisory or specialist role within a premium or luxury brand
• Proven experience in people management, including the ability to resolve conflict
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships easily
• Ability to work with pace and adapt quickly to changing retail environments
• Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor with a "can-do" approach
