Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve high levels of customer service, sales, and profit
• Support the management team in overseeing personnel, product, merchandising, and business processes
• Drive sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team and providing an exemplary customer journey
• Perform manager-on-duty functions, including store opening and closing procedures
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to all staff members
• Maintain visual merchandising standards for both the sales floor and the stockroom
• Foster a positive store environment by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
• Assist in building a talent pool for key positions and potential successors

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or specialist role within a premium or luxury brand
• Proven people management experience with the ability to resolve conflicts and disagreements
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with ease
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
• A proactive, "can-do" approach with the initiative to find in-store solutions
• Confidence in providing feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
