Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and energize the sales team to deliver high-value, exceptional luxury service.
- Coach associates in real-time to improve selling techniques, boost confidence, and drive conversion and KPIs.
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless customer flow and high standards of service.
- Foster collaboration between sales associates, stock teams, and operations to maintain a high-performing environment.
- Manage complex customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Support store management with operational tasks, including opening/closing procedures and promotional authorizations.
- Drive the in-store digital experience using available technology to enhance client service.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in a retail sales environment.
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
- Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
- Ability to lead by example and step into client interactions to deliver premium brand experiences.
