About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise building services staff and distribute daily work assignments
- Inspect all areas in the bowl and premium levels to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Ensure employees are in proper uniform and equipped with necessary supplies to perform jobs efficiently
- Maintain sanitation levels using supervisor checklists
- Manage employee paperwork, including attendance records and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with the event manager to review and resolve facility issues
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules
- Ability to work overtime as necessary
- Strong communication, people management, and punctuality skills
