Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and strong sales results
• Execute assigned store operations and maintain visual merchandising and store standards
• Build customer relationships and promote brand loyalty through product knowledge and selling skills
• Serve as a role model for associates and help create a positive, professional team environment
• Perform POS transactions and step into supervisor duties when the Store Manager is unavailable

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel or a similar retail environment preferred
• Proven sales track record with the ability to meet or exceed goals
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a sense of urgency
