Supervisor, Branch Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Execute daily picking, staging, and shipping activities aligned to the approved shipping schedule
• Coordinate carrier pickups and outbound logistics execution
• Own inventory accuracy through disciplined cycle counts and physical inventories
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Lead, schedule, and direct warehouse associates
• Own safety compliance, enforcement, and execution training on the warehouse floor
• Investigate warehouse-related shortages, damages, and execution issues
• Implement process improvements to prevent recurrence

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations
• Demonstrated people leadership and safety-focused mindset
• Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain
• Bilingualism (English/French) as implied by the title

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a building materials or distribution environment
• Proficiency with ERP and WMS systems
• Proficiency with standard office software
