About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Customer Service Representatives
- Manage weekly shipping and fulfillment planning activities
- Oversee branch inventory administration and accuracy
- Approve purchase orders and manage local purchasing compliance
- Manage shipment confirmation, invoicing, and documentation within ERP
- Oversee daily cash handling activities and bank deposits
- Ensure CRM documentation for all customer interactions and decisions
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer service and operational issues
- Drive continuous improvement and safety compliance initiatives
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in branch operations, customer service leadership, or distribution management
- Proven experience leading and developing employees
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of inventory, purchasing, and invoicing processes
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
