Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, train, and inspire top talent to build high-performing teams
• Act as the manager on duty to resolve customer experience, vendor, or maintenance issues
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize sales results and operational efficiency
• Execute opening and closing procedures, including bank deposits and receiving deliveries
• Set daily or shift goals and provide performance feedback to team members
• Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
• Maintain store visual standards and ensure a safe, welcoming environment
• Perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales and achieving sales results
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coach staff in real-time
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism
• High school diploma, Canadian Adult Education Certificate, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Availability to work peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
