About the role
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain network-based AV systems
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Inspect inventory and reorder materials and technical components
- Support troubleshooting during live events or critical operations
- Maintain records and assist in completing guest requests using management-provided systems
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position within a large luxury resort
- Solid understanding of AV signal flow, system integration, and troubleshooting
- Strong technical skills in Audio Visual systems, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
- Familiarity with network devices such as managed switches, routers, and access points
- Good knowledge of IT fundamentals, especially IP networking
- Strong skills in Lighting and Multimedia
- Ability to prioritize work and perform under pressure
- Good communication skills for coordinating with vendors and operational teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other relevant fields
