Supervisor, Automation Engineering

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members in designing, developing, implementing, operating, and maintaining control systems in manufacturing
• Manage a team of automation technicians supporting a 24/7 facility
• Ensure efficient task completion and strict adherence to processes and GxP regulations
• Make day-to-day decisions affecting team members and foster a culture of excellence
• Drive positive employee relations through performance management and talent development
• Maintain accurate documentation and rigorous quality control standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 2 years of relevant experience in automation or electrical/instrumentation systems
• 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience
• Fluency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
