Supervisor, Automated Test Engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and upgrade software for high-speed test systems used globally
• Perform electrical testing of High-Speed cable assemblies and analyze data
• Conduct root cause and corrective action analysis
• Work with multifunctional teams to upgrade automated production systems
• Create and execute test plans, software reviews, and system validation
• Maintain product and test system documentation, specifications, and work instructions
• Manage small teams and ensure compliance with company policy

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Computer Engineering
• Over 3 years of experience in test and measurement
• Over 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
• Proficiency in Python or other scripted programming languages
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for global collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with C/C++ or VB/C# within the .NET framework
• Experience with RF/microwave test equipment (oscilloscopes, TDR, network analyzers)
• Knowledge of RF/microwave transmission line theory
• Experience with relational databases like Microsoft SQL or MySQL
• Proficiency in PCB layout software (Mentor Graphics PADS, Cadence Allegro)
• Experience with electromagnetic simulation software (Ansys HFSS, CST)
• Lean/Six Sigma training
