Supervisor, Auto Ops Sticker QC

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end quality control process for unsigned and signed stickers
• Communicate with Athlete Partnerships and Brand teams to resolve autograph discrepancies
• Supervise QC Leads and temporary labor, including productivity and attendance tracking
• Manage color component and parallel updates in Airtable/NCF
• Track quality control KPIs such as defect rates and throughput per hour
• Oversee QC Team Lead and Data Entry Lead to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time delivery
• Manage QC backlog to maintain target levels
• Supervise quality control training for new and existing associates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Finance, or a relatable field
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to sit and focus on a computer screen for extended periods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Prior experience with data management systems
• Prior experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools
