About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations, quality control, and supervision of the Authentication team
  • Execute and track operational goals, including troubleshooting performance issues related to Cost Per Order (CPO)
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning while ensuring SLA compliance
  • Lead people management efforts, including coaching, performance management, and training
  • Work cross-functionally to drive quality control expectations and act as the last line of defense for order issues
  • Support the team through scheduling, daily check-ins, and active communication via Slack

Requirements

  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience with a background in product authentication
  • Knowledge of and passion for sneakers and apparel, including industry trends
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic warehouse environment
  • Availability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, during peak business periods
