Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a 5-star customer experience through experiential retail pillars
• Inspire and empower the team to provide warm, intentional customer interactions
• Act as a product expert to drive sales and inspire the team
• Track and measure sales results throughout the day and adapt strategies accordingly
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team members to support their growth
• Deliver real-time feedback to the team at all levels
• Ensure store standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising are met
• Manage stock and follow company policies to ensure a risk-free environment
• Drive customer enrollment in the loyalty programme

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Supervisor in a retail store environment
• Strong ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to respond to change
• Positive, enthusiastic, and values-driven attitude
• Strong communication skills
