About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by consistently meeting personal and team KPIs
- Ensure exceptional customer service and manage client relationships and complaints effectively
- Maintain brand image through visual merchandising and sensory excellence in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Act as the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring all company standards and procedures are met
- Guide and mentor Sales Advisors and Sales Assistants to help them achieve sales targets
- Monitor team performance and provide timely coaching and feedback
- Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor trends and foot traffic, to the Store Manager
- Assist with stock management and cost control measures
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager
- Background in luxury or fashion retail
- Experience in visual merchandising
- Fluency in English
- Ability to analyze sales reports and implement quick, effective actions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
