Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and KPI sales targets regularly
• Ensure exceptional customer service and manage client relationships and complaints
• Maintain brand image through visual merchandising and sensory experience
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
• Act as Store Manager in their absence
• Guide and mentor Sales Advisors and commercial associates
• Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback
• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors and trends
• Cooperate with the Store Manager on stock management and cost control

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager
• Experience in luxury or fashion retail
• Experience in visual merchandising
• Fluency in English
• Ability to analyze sales reports and react quickly
• Strong communication and organizational skills
