Supervisor, AP & Procurement Operations

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P2P processes including procurement, vendor setup, invoice processing, and payment coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact for shared services (COE) regarding A/P, vendor management, and tax support
• Implement and enforce contract intake and approval workflows to ensure Finance and Legal visibility
• Design and enforce vendor onboarding gatekeeping controls and "PO-before-service" policies
• Manage lease operational coordination, ensuring all lease requests and renewals are routed to appropriate stakeholders
• Design and enforce preventive controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and SOX requirements
• Drive process improvements and automation within procurement and P2P systems (e.g., Zycus, ERP workflows)
• Manage a Purchasing Analyst and provide direction, prioritization, and escalation support
• Develop reporting to track off-process contracts, vendor exceptions, and PO compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 7–10+ years of experience in finance operations, procurement, P2P, or accounting
• Strong understanding of P2P processes and financial controls
• Proven ability to design and enforce cross-functional processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with shared services or global service delivery models
• Experience working in SOX/ICFR-controlled environments
