About the role

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and empower the team to deliver high-quality customer experiences through experiential retail
  • Drive continuous elevation of the customer experience and act as a center for innovation
  • Act as a product knowledge expert to drive sales and inspire the team
  • Set team challenges to create engaging and interactive in-store experiences
  • Track and measure sales results throughout the day
  • Provide support, mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the team in partnership with store management
  • Deliver real-time feedback to team members at all levels
  • Recognize and celebrate team achievements and identify development opportunities
  • Ensure store standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising are met
  • Manage stock and follow all policies to ensure a risk-free environment
  • Drive customer enrollment in the loyalty program

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor in a retail store environment
  • Strong ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change
  • Natural curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver feedback
  • Alignment with company values and ability to act as a brand ambassador
