About the role
Responsibilities
- Inspire and empower the team to deliver high-quality customer experiences through experiential retail
- Drive continuous elevation of the customer experience and act as a center for innovation
- Act as a product knowledge expert to drive sales and inspire the team
- Set team challenges to create engaging and interactive in-store experiences
- Track and measure sales results throughout the day
- Provide support, mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the team in partnership with store management
- Deliver real-time feedback to team members at all levels
- Recognize and celebrate team achievements and identify development opportunities
- Ensure store standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising are met
- Manage stock and follow all policies to ensure a risk-free environment
- Drive customer enrollment in the loyalty program
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Supervisor in a retail store environment
- Strong ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change
- Natural curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver feedback
- Alignment with company values and ability to act as a brand ambassador
