About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver a 5-star customer experience through experiential retail pillars
- Inspire and empower the team to provide warm, intentional customer interactions
- Act as a product expert to drive sales and inspire the team
- Track and measure sales results throughout the day and adapt strategies accordingly
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team members to support their growth
- Deliver real-time feedback to the team at all levels
- Ensure store standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising are met
- Manage stock and follow company policies to ensure a risk-free environment
- Drive customer enrollment in the loyalty programme
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Supervisor in a retail store environment
- Strong ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to respond to change
- Natural curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and ability to radiate positivity
