Supervisor, Airports Operations Control

Responsibilities

• Support PSS and DCC teams in managing day-to-day airport operations
• Manage irregular operations and ensure communication with the Duty Manager and relevant departments
• Ensure service levels are respected and Air Transat procedures are followed
• Participate in operational committees and analyze causes for service failures
• Provide recommendations for corrective measures and prepare follow-up documentation
• Handle files requiring special assistance
• Manage performance reviews, disciplinary follow-ups, and administrative tasks like scheduling
• Establish procedures and provide training for agents

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent command of French (written and spoken)
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• At least 5 years of experience in the airport industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Proficiency in Amadeus Altea CM

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish
• Proficiency in Amadeus Altea FM
• Knowledge of Radixx and PDP systems
