Supervisor Airline Catering

Responsibilities

• Organize, monitor, and coordinate the delivery process of catering products to airline customers
• Ensure the complete and punctual delivery of all catering products
• Manage the handover of catering products to airline crews and catering drivers
• Perform constant quality control on all catering products
• Handle various administrative and logistical tasks

Requirements

• Training in gastronomy or experience in airport logistics (e.g., Restaurant Specialist, Hotel Specialist, or F&B Supervisor)
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Valid Class B driving license
• Fluency in both German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Clean criminal record (a valid security clearance per § 7 LuftSiG is an advantage)
• A professional and competent appearance with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within F&B or banquet environments
• Possession of a personal vehicle for commuting to the Munich Airport area
