About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily activities of the Advertising Sales Support & Analysis professional team
  • Supervise work performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Manage pre- and post-sales functions including traffic, planning, and inventory
  • Set and communicate team goals, priorities, and operational changes
  • Develop, train, and supervise staff members
  • Assemble sales materials and provide operational solutions as needed
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in attendance management and team supervision
  • Expertise in customer experience (CX)
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
