About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily activities of the Advertising Sales Support & Analysis professional team
- Supervise work performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Manage pre- and post-sales functions including traffic, planning, and inventory
- Set and communicate team goals, priorities, and operational changes
- Develop, train, and supervise staff members
- Assemble sales materials and provide operational solutions as needed
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in attendance management and team supervision
- Expertise in customer experience (CX)
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
