Supervisor 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Lead 3rd shift distribution operations (11pm-7am M-F) to effectively manage day-to-day activities.
• Manage recruitment, hiring, and performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews.
• Foster high team morale through regular feedback, recognition, and shift start-up meetings.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and create shift schedules based on workload.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance warehouse processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, holding team members accountable for safety compliance.
• Serve as a backup for the Manager when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, discipline, and develop staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute solutions quickly.
• Exceptional communication skills to disseminate information to team leads and associates.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 70lb.
• Ability to work in various temperature conditions within a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
