About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Filter Failure Analysis (F/A) activities group and manage package F/A related requests.
- Provide technical coaching and training to team members.
- Perform hands-on failure analysis when specialized expertise is required.
- Oversee the maintenance and 24/7 operational readiness of F/A machinery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Failure Analysis within a semiconductor environment.
- Deep knowledge of RF bench testing and Circuit Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with 2D/3D X-rays, curve tracers, and Network Analyzers.
- Proficiency with SEM/EDX, Emission Microscopy, and Thermal Emission.
- Experience with die delayering, plasma/chemical decap, cross-sectional analysis, and ion milling.
- Strong English communication skills for effective collaboration with corporate teams.
