Responsibilities

• Supervise self-service store operations and sales activities.
• Execute sales prospecting and follow-up processes.
• Negotiate promotional spaces and manage the setup of product displays.
• Manage personnel and handle payroll incident reporting.
• Provide high-quality customer service to retail partners.

Requirements

• TSU degree in Marketing, Commercial, Administration, or a related field (Certificate required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in self-service store sales.
• Proven knowledge of sales, prospecting, and negotiation techniques.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Office/GSuite (spreadsheets, documents, presentations).
• English language proficiency.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Availability to travel and work a flexible schedule.
