Supervision Control Center System Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the System Engineering strategy across all Supervision Control Center (SCC) subsystems, interfaces, and participating units
• Manage and develop a team of System Engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Own and update System Engineering plans and ensure alignment with customer requirements
• Drive system activities, manage technical dependencies, and resolve cross-disciplinary issues
• Oversee system analysis activities to ensure deliverables meet contractual, regulatory, and safety expectations
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with other managers and technical experts to ensure high-quality integrated solutions
• Ensure compliance with engineering processes, cyber-security, and safety case requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Significant experience in engineering management on complex technical projects
• Strong background in System Engineering, requirements management, and the V-cycle
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary and multi-site engineering teams
• Experience with railway ATS systems and safety-related systems with cyber-security constraints
• Proficiency with requirements management tools such as DOORS or equivalent
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration
• Familiarity with the SCRUM framework
• Experience with IBM ALM tools (EWM, ETM)
