Supervising Producer

Responsibilities

• Supervise show producers and oversee the work of creative leads
• Develop original show concepts, pilots, and formats in sports, lifestyle, and culture
• Act as a creative lead and quality steward for audio/video productions across YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts
• Scout and cultivate host talent with strong online community connections
• Collaborate with talent management, marketing, and sales teams
• Provide production oversight including scripting and creative feedback
• Guide creative strategy based on platform nuances and algorithms

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital content development, production, or showrunning
• Proven track record of launching successful shows on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or podcast networks
• Experience working with influencers, creators, or talent management teams
• Technical production fluency in video production, lighting, and post-production
• Deep familiarity with the podcast landscape and strategy
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Strong editorial judgment
