Supervising Habilitation Counselor

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and clinical supervision for program staff within the Adult Residential Program.
• Provide direct care services and assume case management responsibilities for individuals served.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain appropriate clinical records.
• Provide leadership and administrative direction to residential program staff.
• Support the goals and objectives of University Behavioral Health Care.
• Maintain availability for 24/7 on-call responsibilities, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a mental health or human services field plus 2 years of related experience, OR a Bachelor's degree in a mental health or human services field plus 4 years of related experience.
• Valid New Jersey license or certification as required by your specific discipline.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work an on-site schedule that includes Friday through Sunday.
• Availability for shared 24-hour on-call responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience.
