Supervising Associate - Resource Management

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end resource fulfillment, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and business priorities
• Oversee billing and finance operations related to resource deployment to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Own headcount planning and forecast demand to plan capacity across various skill sets
• Maximize bench utilization and redeployment efficiency through strategic planning
• Establish and track KPIs for resource performance, utilization, and productivity
• Act as a strategic partner to delivery and business leaders, facilitating governance forums to review allocation and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate dashboards and reports on resource availability and forecasting using data-driven insights

Requirements

• Graduate or MBA in HR
• 12-14 years of overall professional experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end resource management, deployment, forecasting, and scheduling
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with short-term and long-term resource planning
• Knowledge of Data Visualization tools
