Supervising Associate-Market and Competitive Insights

Responsibilities

• Specialize in key domain topics to provide impactful analysis and strategic advice that supports business development and client growth.
• Develop an internal brand as a subject matter expert and engage with senior stakeholders to provide commercial perspectives on industry trends.
• Create and present compelling insights, points of view, and thought leadership using qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Collaborate with EY colleagues across Insights and Clients and Industries to identify opportunities for cross-domain collaboration.
• Utilize data modeling, technology tools, and AI to lead the creation of specific insights within areas of specialism.
• Synthesize diverse perspectives and high-quality data sources to translate market trends into actionable initiatives for the firm.

Requirements

• University/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, industry research, management consulting, or business performance.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation skills with experience influencing internal decision-makers.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification.
• Advanced proficiency in using technological tools for research and data visualization.
