Superintendente de Urbanización

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and direct the execution of urbanization, urban equipment, and environmental maintenance from project inception.
• Manage the commissioning and delivery of projects to relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
• Prepare work generators for preliminary PTTO comparison.
• Develop work programs and manage Urbanization Residents.
• Ensure execution adheres to project specifications authorized by dependencies, the GPV projects area, and internal quality and audit guidelines.
• Apply the GP Vivienda code of commitment and utilize service standards in customer care.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Proven knowledge in project administration and management.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve common objectives.
• Experience supervising project progress and reconciling volumes with contractors for work estimate authorizations.

• Experience coordinating works across the three fundamental pillars: cost, quality, and time.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure complex situations to find effective solutions.
• Advanced negotiation skills for handling difficult situations with internal or external groups.
• High level of planning and organizational competence to anticipate potential difficulties.
