Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation of construction cost estimates for the operation, maintenance, and conservation of highway projects
• Coordinate the collection of unit prices, yields, materials, labor, and machinery data
• Validate budgets and economic proposals prior to presentation
• Maintain and update cost databases and market price information

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction cost estimation
• Proficiency in budgeting software including Neodata and Opus
• Advanced Excel skills
• Expertise in unit price analysis
• Strong knowledge of SCT regulations
