Superintendent, Plant Process

Responsibilities

• Supervise and drive plant process optimization for the assigned functional area
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment by correcting unsafe conditions and conducting safety inspections
• Ensure round-the-clock efficient operations and manage resources for the assigned process area
• Supervise process team members and establish equipment maintenance procedures
• Plan, administer, and manage the budget for the assigned process area
• Conduct system and process analysis to identify improvement opportunities in safety, quality, and productivity
• Diagnose problem areas and implement corrective action plans
• Coordinate maintenance techniques to monitor and reduce repair costs
• Ensure adequate levels of supplies, materials, and parts to prevent operational interruptions
• Comply with all environmental regulations and hazardous waste management requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience
• Proven experience in high-speed manufacturing environments
• Broad training in a related field acquired through education or work experience
• Proficiency in using computers to access, input, and retrieve information
• Strong basic arithmetic, geometric, and algebraic calculation skills
• Ability to work onsite in Goodyear, AZ
