Superintendent - Operations, Monitoring, and Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landfill site activities, aligning with project scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage and coordinate onsite team members including Laborers, Equipment Operators, and Technicians
• Maintain close communication with clients regarding work completion and directed tasks
• Manage logistics including supplier accounts, crew schedules, and equipment procurement
• Interview, hire, and manage personnel as requested by the Project Manager
• Perform mechanical work, analyze problems, and interpret plans and schematics
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and Health and Safety protocols

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Field Landfill Gas OM&M
• 40-hour Health and Safety training
• OSHA certifications
• Confined Space Entry training
• Trench Excavation Safety training
• Mechanical proficiency and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
